If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method of payment.We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Right of Withdrawal Exemption (EU Consumer Rights Directive) Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and applicable national transpositions), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right to cancel or return purchases) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
If you wish to return item(s) that are not faulty, they must be in a condition suitable for resale (not damaged or used), otherwise a refund will not be issued and item(s) will be sent back to you.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and all the possible import duties.
iriss is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
