When will my order be ready?
As each item is handmade to order, we kindly ask you to allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared. 

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is ready we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

How long does the delivery take?
Belgium: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
